It is the first hotel of the Spain hotel chain that was built in Dubai.

It lies right next to the Dubai Safari Park and it is only 20km far from the city center.

The hotel owns 167 rooms, a Spa facility, a Boutique-Fitness center, restaurants and bars.

At the beginning of 2011 the 5-star hotel was equipped with a Disan central vacuum cleaning systems.

The installed machine – or better the installed machines – are two models H02 175.

Thanks to those two machines it is possible that 16 operators are cleaning simultaneously, using the 215 installed inlet valves.
