The functioning of a professional system of central vacuum cleaner is principally similar to the system for domestic use, with the difference that some components have qualitative characteristics for the professional use and the diametewr of PVC pipe can be larger and it depends on the number of simultaneous operators.
The motors involved are three-phase induction with side-channel blowing engine. The average rotation speed is 2,850 r.p.m. (revolutions per minute), in contrast with 20,000 r.p.m of a traditional single-phase motors. This difference means that there is much lower stress for the shafts and bearings. The motor ispowered by induction: there are no carbon brushes, sparks, or other components in friction.
The diameter of the PVC pipes depends on the number of simultaneous operators on that pipe line. This is due so that the quantity of air suction, which redoubles or triples with the increasing of operators, remains as constant as possible and so that any negative effects of airloss due to an excessive airflow, which would compromize the suction power.
Also the brushes and accessories are conceived for a professional use, with a wear resistance, a bigger dimensions and a vaste range of possible applications.
A very important step is the planning of the system because from it depends its functionality and satisfaction in the long run by the customer. It's necessary to plan the real needs of the building, how many operators, where to plan the inlet valves, the piping, etc. Our office are always at disposal for any qualified support. Also the installation done properly is fundamental for the perfect functioning of the system. We recommend to ask our qualified installers.
The installation of the system occurs during the phase of construction or renovation. A retrofitted-installation is possible but more expensive but with a Disan specialist it is possible to work out an individual solution in order to avoid as much as possible a building intervention.
The central vacuum cleaning systems DISAN can be adapted to all forms of buildings and used up to six persons working together.
